The practice is open to adults (18+) with psychological problems or questions about themselves. Treatment is offered in English and Dutch.
What can I help you with?
- Depression and low mood — persistent low spirits, loss of energy or motivation, no longer being able to enjoy things.
- Anxiety disorders — worrying, panic attacks, social anxiety or phobias that affect your daily life.
- Trauma and PTSD — symptoms after shocking or distressing experiences, such as flashbacks, avoidance or increased irritability.
- Eating disorders — a disturbed relationship with food, body or weight that weighs on your wellbeing.
- Personality disorders — deep-rooted patterns in thinking, feeling and relating to others that lead to problems.
- ADHD and autism (ASD) — support with problems related to concentration, regulation or social functioning.
When is another place a better fit?
I work within Generalist Basic Mental Health Care (GB-GGZ). For some situations, a different form of care is more suitable. I refer you elsewhere in case of:
- Acute crisis — if there is acute danger to yourself or others. In that case, contact your GP or call 112.
- Severe addiction — when substance use is the main reason for seeking help and specialised addiction care is needed.
- Psychosis — with active psychotic symptoms, specialised mental health care is more appropriate.
- Forensic issues — care connected to a criminal justice framework falls outside the scope of this practice.
Not sure whether you have come to the right place? Feel free to get in touch — together we will look at what best suits your situation.
